Cancellation, Refunds and Credits Policy
To receive a refund, a participant must withdraw by notifying PaPers NYC, at least 2 business days before class.
If you withdraw two or more business days before the class you are entitled to a full credit toward to a future class or applied toward one of our services valid for one year or a full refund less an administrative fee of $5.00
No refunds will be given one business day prior to the class or thereafter. Refunds may take up to four weeks to process.
Monthly service plans for Website/Blog updates and Email/Newsletter mailings are month-to-month and may be cancelled at any time. No refund or prorate, but plan would remain effective through end of billing cycle.
